The property is located in the Cañuelo in Chilches coast. At present, Chilches costa is a tourist, quiet and leisure enclave related to the sea and the mountains. It has a good gastronomic offer linked to the 'pescaíto' and chiringuitos in addition to the proximity to more populated cities such as Rincón de la Victoria.
